About the Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care

This qualification replaced the QCF Level 2 in health and social care, which in turn replaced the NVQ Level 2 in health and social care.

The Level 2 RQF Diploma in Adult Care is an entry-level qualification for health and social care. Course Length
While enrolled students are encouraged to learn at their own pace, the RQF Level 2 in Adult Care must be completed in 24 months, but can be finished sooner.

Delivery and Certification
Our RQF Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) assessment process is designed so that delegates are prepared for the challenges their occupation will involve. Delegates are appointed a vocationally trained Assessor who helps assemble the e-portfolio and guides them for the duration of the diploma. Email and telephone support are also provided throughout the RQF Diploma Level 2 programme and the resources available will be provided as needed. At the end of this program delegates will receive a qualification accredited by Highfield Qualifications.

Outline of Course
To complete the Highfield Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF), learners must complete the following: all units contained within the mandatory group and a minimum of 22 credits from optional units.
