About the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
Equivalent to a Master’s Degree, this qualification is for those working in senior management. You must have a suitable say over business direction to undertake this vocational training.
This qualification replaced the QCF Level 7 in strategic management, which in turn replaced the NVQ Level 7 in strategic management.
This diploma is fully accredited by Highfield Qualifications.

This course focuses on developing and executing a business plan, as well as it helps to provide strategic leadership and direction. Candidates can customize the qualification to suit their specific sectors.
How long will this diploma take to complete?
The awarding body for this qualification stipulates that the diploma should be completed within 36 months, though most students will successfully finish the programme in approximately 9 months. We encourage students to learn at their own pace.
How is this training delivered?
Over the months, enrolled learners will put together an online portfolio of coursework for their appointed assessor, who helps to guide learners throughout their diploma.

This course is for health and social care with managerial responsibilities that require further qualifications and competence to perform a senior management role.
What are the entry requirements?
The Diploma in Leadership and Management is for those aged 19+ who are already working within a health and social care role with managerial responsibilities, so that they can produce the required evidence. Delegates must also have good written and verbal communication skills.
Where can I progress after this course?

Delivery and Certification
Our assessment process is designed so that delegates are prepared for the challenges their occupation will involve. Delegates are appointed a vocationally trained Assessor who helps assemble the e-portfolio and guides them for the duration of the diploma. Email and telephone support is also provided throughout the RQF Level 7 programme and the resources available will be provided as needed. At the end of this program delegates will receive an OFQUAL accredited qualification.

Outline of Course
