Candidates will learn the risks and legal processes involved with working at heights and the practical necessary “steps”. The training covers all heights, from step ladders to safety harnesses. Candidates will learn different training methods and learning styles to teach this course to others. Also, they will learn how to give and receive feedback and produce evaluations of others.
