About Challenging Behaviour Train the Trainer
This course is for staff in the care sector. Training will ensure that learners are aware of the different types of challenging behaviour and can manage each situation appropriately. By the end of the course, they will understand the impacts caused by challenging behaviour and will be prepared to deal with such outcomes. Candidates will also learn the different training methods and learning styles to teach this course to others. You will also learn how to give and receive feedback to and from others. As well as this, you will learn how to produce an evaluation of others.
Course Length
Our Challenging Behaviour Train the Trainer training course is 6 hours long and completed in 1 day. Our courses are structured to allow breaks for learners to eat and rest.
Certificate Validity
The Challenging Behaviour Train the Trainer certificate lasts 36 months (3 years). Before expiry, you’ll need to re-enrol to receive a new certificate.
Delivery
