The Level 5 RQF Diploma in Adult Care focuses on leadership and management within a health and social care setting. Are you a senior member of staff with management responsibilities? This vocational training is perfect for you to develop in your role.
This qualification replaced the QCF Level 5 in health and social care, which in turn replaced the NVQ Level 5 in health and social care.

Course Length
While enrolled students are encouraged to learn at their own pace, the RQF Level 5 in Adult Care must be completed in 24 months, but can be finished sooner.

To enrol, students must be based in England and working in a relevant adult care role.

At the end of this program delegates will receive a qualification accredited by Highfield Qualifications.

Outline of Course
To complete the Highfield Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) (England), learners must achieve a minimum of 95 credits. Learners must complete all units contained within the mandatory group totalling 80 credits, may complete a maximum of 5 credits from optional group A, and must complete a minimum of 10 credits from optional group B.
