This Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management is designed for senior leaders and managers who shape organisational direction and drive performance. Learners must be 18+ and working in a suitable leadership or management role within the UK.
This RQF Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership replaces the RQF Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership course, which, in turn, replaced the previous QCF/NVQ Level 7 qualification.
This diploma is fully accredited by ILM (part of City & Guilds).
Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management
This course focuses on developing and delivering strategic business plans, while strengthening the leadership skills needed to set direction and drive organisational performance. Learners can tailor the qualification through their chosen units to align with their specific outcomes and requirements.
Course Length
While enrolled students are encouraged to learn at their own pace, this RQF Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management must be completed in 36 months (though it can be finished sooner).
Certificate Validity
This vocational course provides an accredited, nationally-recognised, lifetime qualification. Our diplomas are an excellent addition to any CV. Upon completion of this Level 7 course, learners will receive a digital credential for use in email signatures, social media posts, and more.
Delivery

Entry Requirements
To enrol, learners aged 18+ must currently be working within a relevant UK-based senior management/directorial role.
Delivery and Certification

Each learner is supported by a vocationally trained Assessor who provides guidance throughout the programme, helps structure the e-portfolio, and offers ongoing feedback. Learners also receive comprehensive email and telephone support, along with all required learning materials. No workplace observation is required to complete this qualification.
Upon successful completion, learners receive their certificate along with a digital credential, which can be added to email signatures and shared across social media platforms.

Outline of Course
To complete this RQF qualification, learners must achieve a minimum of 60 credits from units 601–612, 700–703, 710–717, and 800:
• At least 31 credits must come from units 700–703 and 710–717.
• A maximum of 29 credits may be taken from units 601–612 and 800.
