Do I Need To Train My Staff In Mental Health?
Although it isn’t a legal requirement to have mental health training, it is still highly recommended for any workplace which values employee well-being. We have used Tutor Care for the past 7 years. They offer good value for money. The trainers are knowledgeable and make the topic interesting. In some training courses you tend to drift off but this was definitely not the case. The variation between talking, watching slides and DVD's helped.
