Our selection of safeguarding courses are great if you currently work with children, young people or vulnerable adults. All staff must protect everyone under their care. With these courses you’ll be able to do that effectively, preventing any harm from coming their way. Courses covering child protection awareness and safeguarding of vulnerable adults will teach you all you need to know.
All of our courses ensure that staff are aware of their legal responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards (DoLS).

Tutorcare recently delivered Fire Marshall Training
Tutor Care recently delivered Fire Marshal Training via zoom to one of our staff members. The training covered all the relevant points and the staff member's feedback was positive. Following the training, the staff member felt confident she had the relevant knowledge & skills to be a Fire Marshall.
As an organization we have used Tutor Care on several occasions to access training, their courses are easy to follow and the sales team is professional and always willing to help.

Fire Marshall Training
My Caretaker and I attended the three hour virtual webinar training. It was very informative and interesting and the time flew. The presenter sent us all a PowerPoint of the notes which we downloaded for assistance with the course & for future reference. I would definitely recommend doing this course with Tutorcare.

Great Training
This is the 2nd time we have used Tutorcare for our company's Fire Marshall training. This time around due to COVID the training was in a small group via teams and worked well. The trainer was informative, clear and overall worth every penny. Thank you again Tutorcare

I’ve recently completed a first aid course through TutorCare. I found all staff. Very professional and the standard of delivery on the course was second to none. The booking process was simple and all of my questions were answered by staff. A particular mention has to go to Neil who ensured all my needs were met, going above and beyond at times. I now feel confident that I will be able to deal with first aid incidents in work. I would not hesitate to recommend TutorCare to friends or family.

I used TutorCare to carry out 6 courses for my new employment. I found the courses very easy to understand, and different sections explained clearly. Different sections were images good. My knowledge has grown within the courses I carried out. I would highly recommend TutorCare courses because the information is good, and I was tested at the end (kind of like a mini exam).

We have used Tutor Care for the past 7…
We have used Tutor Care for the past 7 years. They offer good value for money. The trainers are knowledgeable and make the topic interesting. In some training courses you tend to drift off but this was definitely not the case. The variation between talking, watching slides and DVD's helped.

Just had our first in house First Aid…
Just had our first in house First Aid Training Course, very easy to organise, Tutor very professional and the course gave everything that we would have gotten from the British Red Cross, and even better all of our guys got training at the same time rather that at different points during the year, and as a bonus it saves us money doing it all in one go rather than separate courses

Anyone who works with or cares for a person who is unable to make their own decisions must be aware of The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and its implications. It is designed to protect those of 16 and over made vulnerable by a lack of mental capacity, and which impairs their decision-making capabilities. There are …

Public awareness of mental illnesses is on the rise, and for good reason. Approximately 1 in 6 people in the UK will need treatment for mental health conditions in their lifetimes, for a wide variety of mental health conditions. In particular, approximately 1 in 100 people will suffer from an episode of schizophrenia at some …
A food allergy is where the body’s immune system mistakenly thinks that the proteins in certain foods are a threat. As a defence mechanism, chemicals are released in an attempt to fight off this threat, and it is how the body reacts to the release of these chemicals that creates the symptoms associated with food …
