Known as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder or Emotional Regulation Disorder; it is a serious mental illness characterised by pervasive instability in moods, interpersonal relationships, self-image, and behaviour.
What are the symptoms of BPD?
Symptoms of BDP can include; Fear of abandonment, an inability to form long-term relationships, unclear or shifting self-image, impulsive self-destructive behaviour, self-harm, and extreme emotional swings.
