About Diet and Nutrition
Our diet and nutrition awareness course will teach learners how to review what their patients need, including key minerals and nutrients. Training will also cover how to change a patient’s diet to help avoid illness. The trainer will then explain what causes malnutrition and how to feed the elderly.
Course Length
Our Diet and Nutrition training course is 2 hours long and completed in a half-day. Our courses are structured to allow breaks for learners to eat and rest.
Certificate Validity
The Diet and Nutrition training certificate lasts 12 months (1 year). Before expiry, you’ll need to re-enrol to receive a new certificate.
Delivery
Our most popular form of training is held in-house, where we send a trainer out to your premises for a face-to-face session (for groups of up to 12). We also run the Diet and Nutrition training course online. Ask about our webinar sessions.
