Food Safety Training: An Overview (Pt.2)
CIEH Level 3 in Food Safety
Level three food safety training is aimed at those who work in a supervisory capacity in a business that sells, prepares or serves food. It is absolutely essential that supervisors understand the risks involved in food preparation, and they need to have a solid understanding of the procedures and practices that control these risks. Current legislation places the responsibility for compliance (and accountability) on managers and supervisors, so make sure those working for you have had sufficient training.
