About AED Train the Trainer
Knowing how to use an AED machine is very important for those working in high-risk environments. Using an AED correctly when needed could save a colleague’s life. Our courses are delivered within the current Resuscitation Council guidelines. This course will teach learners how to use an AED machine and the correct responses to different emergencies. Learners will become confident with recognising when to use an AED is correct. Candidates will learn the various training methods and learning styles, so they know how to teach this course to others. They will also learn how to give and receive feedback to and from others. And how to produce evaluations of others.
Course Length
Our AED Train the Trainer course is 6 hours long and completed in 1 day. Our courses are structured to allow breaks for learners to eat and rest.
Certificate Validity
The AED Train the Trainer training certificate lasts 36 months (3 years). Before expiry, you’ll need to re-enrol to receive a new certificate.
Delivery
Our most popular form of training is held in-house, where we send a trainer out to your premises for a face-to-face session (for groups of up to 6). We also run the AED Train the Trainer training course online. Ask about our webinar sessions.
